More and better integrated mobility

Mobimeo was founded in 2018 as a technology start-up of Deutsche Bahn AG with the vision of making cities more sustainable and better connected.

With a special focus on "EveryDay Mobility", we launched our white-label apps.

Mobimeo expanded its technological capabilities and market presence through the acquisition of parts of moovel Group GmbH. With this step, we positioned ourselves as one of the leading MaaS platform providers in Europe, connecting public transport with innovative services such as sharing, on-demand, and ride-pooling.

Mobimeo was the implementation partner for the further development and optimization of the DB Streckenagent app, then the second-largest mobility platform nationwide. Mobility Inside was a major initiative in which Mobimeo played an important role as a technology partner, contributing to a platform that drove the digitalization of public transport across Germany. Mobimeo also developed the Mobility Stuttgart app, a multimodal platform offering route planning, ticket sales, and sharing options to support seamless and well-informed travel decisions.

Together with Deutsche Bahn, we are developing the "Nearby" tab in the DB Navigator. It bundles different mobility options so users can find suitable onward connections nearby and continue their journey seamlessly, even on the last mile. At the same time, we bring our mobility expertise to digital products and platforms along the entire journey chain. From user-centered applications to technical systems running in the background, we work on solutions that make travel and rail operations simpler, safer, and more reliable.
